A wonderfully elegant and refined blend of the five main red varieties of Bordeaux. Not sure I have seen a better Aravina red wine. Combines the regional and seasonal power as the individual qualities of the five varieties are melded into a seamlessly presented palate. Aromas of red berry, bay leaf and a little cracked seas shell. The fine grained French oak sits snugly while those chalky tannins help define the finish. Long-term cellaring is the go here.
