Peterkin has grabbed Burgundy by the scruff of the neck with the use of dominant pinot and about 15% chardonnay and then given this his own tweak and spin. The result is mighty good. The varieties were treated separately with wild ferments in oak. I love its delicacy but at the same time its texture and flavour with a pomegranate cranberry seashell complexity totally engaging.
