This has been made in the carbonic maceration style with that wonderfully perfumed lifted fruit a feature. It’s medium bodied with a juicy delicious slightly confectionary palate. Spicy bright red raspberry fruit characters with a nice tannin influence. Serve it ever so slightly chilled in summer.
