This is consistently one of my favourite value shiraz. And this vintage is a beauty, capturing everything you expect from it. Dark plum with spices and a lick of dark chocolate and mocha on the nose. The palate is deep and concentrated but in keeping with the vintage shows poise and elegance. Fine chalky tannins play that defining role to sustain the finish. A composed and beautiful example of the vineyard and vintage.
