A wine of style and sophistication sourced from Margaret River. It's been whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented before spending time on lees. The rich inner sanctum of creamy stone fruit, quince paste, and a little grapefruit is overlaid with a slightly roasted nuttiness and nectarine character. It's a complex wine with a chalky acidity providing focus and direction through to the finish.
