This is a completely engaging savvy that uses lees influence rather than oak to build complexity and interest in that palate. It's crunchy and zingy with a fine acidity elevating the finish. A little passionfruit and gooseberry burst from the bouncy palate. That textural feel and acidity should allow it to age rather well in the medium term.
